Is there a way to alter content and links depending on the brand a user logs in as?

Hi guys,

We have two main brands, and users generally access one or the other when looking at our Knowledge Base. A number of KB articles are available to both brands. One issue that we run into often is that when we have a link to another article within a KB article, the URL has to point to one of the brands. This means that when a user logged in as one brand clicks on this link, they are taken to the login page of the other brand. Is there a way for us to have the link change depending on what brand the user is logged in as, or is there another way we could handle this? I think we would prefer to not have to make a copy of every article that has a link specific to each brand.

Thanks in advance for your time.

Hello, i believe you should be able to just remove the base path when you include the kb article link like "/kb/a2923/email-and-phone-support.aspx" for example
