Hi,
I would like to pull a report for time logs of a particular client/customer based on their email id's. In the current custom report, Ticket # or time log description etc are not visible.
The whole idea is to pull up a report for a specific client with ticket nos,department, time log duration & description, Billable non billable, Subject line of ticket, agent who entered time log etc..
Kindly request you add this feature too which would quite helpful for us.
