Continues Mailbox Migration Queue after SM restarts

Hello,

I'd like to suggest these features:

1) configure the max threads (more than 5) to mailbox migration;

2) continue the queue after the SM restart (if have 40 accounts to migrate after SM restaring the queue has lost)

I'd like to add that there should be an option to migrate from SmarterMail to SmarterMail in the migration dialog.
