That functionality isn't available directly in SmarterTrack, but it's something that you could put together for your installation. You'll need to implement a shopping cart then use the "Ticket" External Provider call for to query that system when people start a ticket. While this is considered custom user development and isn't something that our support team would be able to implement for you, we do have documentation on how this is handled, as well as example calls.
