Language translation display error after upgrading to SmarterTrack 11

   After upgrading my ST 10 to 11 - I have an issue with the translation languages installed
I get when selecting - two sets of the same option...
See attached below
Any ideas on how to remedy this?

You're probably better of submitting a ticket for this to get a faster response since it may be a bug.

When you upgraded your SmarterTrack from 10.X to 11.X, did you do a complete uninstall of the old version of SmarterTrack and reboot your server prior to installing version 11.X?
This is a required step to ensure that no files are locked, and all old files are removed, prior to doing any major upgrade.  All of your settings and data will be maintained.
The only thing you will have to be careful of is that when you install the SmarterTrack version 11.X upgrade, you choose the same installation path as was used by the previous installation.
If you did not do a full uninstall and reboot of SmarterTrack 10.X, prior to installing your upgrade to SmarterTrack 11.X, then you should uninstall SmarterTrack 11.X - using the installation files you used to do the installation. reboot, and then download version 11.5.5703, the most current version, which was made available on Thursday, 13 August, 2015.

You should also download the latest Language Translation Pack, extract those files, and copy everything from the language pack into the appropriate directory, located under MRS/App_Data/Translations

It is not necessary to restart your server after installing the most recent version of SmarterTrack 11.X

If uninstalling, rebooting, reinstalling, and then replacing the translation packs does not clear your problem, then you should consider opening a ticket with SmarterTools.  Remember, if the issue is found to be a bug, your ticket will be refunded back to your account.
