Right now, there's no way to group survey averages by employees.
For example: Live Chat > Incomining Live Chat Response Time > Change "Group By" to Employees.
It'd be nice to be able to see survey averages have the ability to have different groups to sort by. We want to see each individual chat agent's average, however, the only way to do that, from what we can see, is to build a custom report, and constantly add each new chat agent to the report.
