I don't see a way to filter out and/or exclude traffic from the reports by the referrer (referring domain).
We are seeing spam sites showing up in our referring domain reports. The referring site domain names are adult in nature and our customer does not want to see them in their reports.
I tried setting up a default filter set for the domain, which contained a list of the offending domains but when I regenerated the referral report those domain entries were still present. This leads me to believe that "filter set" feature is intended to filter out local URLs (such as /wp-admin).
I see where I can use "Import Filters" to exclude by IP address or Range, seems like exclude by referring domain belongs there too?
I know we can block them with .htaccess or web-config going forward, but it seems like there should be a way to exclude matching items from the smartermail reports without having to enter in a bunch of IP addresses and/or manually removing the entries from the source log files.
As an aside, it would also be nice if these filters/exclusions could be setup at the server level and overridden at the site level.
