To motivate your community is great to give "goodies" to your top authors, posters or for the people who give time to answers to any question who is asked from the community.

A user can obtain some stars, a list of the top authors can be display on your community page and some badges can be win.

Great job at putting this together! The development of SmarterTrack12 should be happening in the near future and talk of profile pages and other features have been tossed around. Your ideas will be put into consideration.
