We have run into an issue where, on occasion, SmaterTrack will simply cut off the bottom portion of an email's text when creating a ticket. This only happens during a line break and if we resend the email, with the line break removed, the full text will appear. While we can control our own email formatting when sending we cannot control what our clients do. Is there any method of adjusting how inbound emails are parsed to ignore line breaks or certain format structures in an email?
