Can we require a time log be filled out?

We want to require all our reps to add a time log to a ticket anytime they respond. Can time logs be made mandatory?

Hi Josh,
Currently there is not a feature in SmarterTrack that will require agents to fill out a time long when they work on a ticket.  Since this is not a feature at this time I've changed this to Proposed.  Other users will have the opportunity to vote on this as a feature and provide their feedback.
