Can't open chat window on Safari

Not A Problem
I can't use the SmarterMail 12 chat feature on Safari 7.0.3 in a Mac Book,
the pop up window won't open if I click on a connected user in my domain,
it just updates the right part of the screen where details of the user are, but no new window appears.
I have tried enabling and disabling the block popup windows option on Safari, but still doesn't work.
 
Is it suppose to work on Safari?... How?

I just did some testing with Safari 7.1 and I was able to replicate this issue. After disabling the Safari popup blocker it started working as normal. You could try restarting Safari after making changes to your popup blocker settings and updating Safari might help.

Ok, it's working now. Disabling the popub blocker and restarting Safari, still on 7.0.3.
