Coming from vBulletin, one of the missed features is being able to have an announcement that is date/time triggered.  So I can preplan announcements for holidays.  This would be nice for both the Portal Home and the Community.

It also might be night in the Tickets page, to alert customers that Tickets may not be responded to, during the Christmas break.
