Forwarding Attachments

Resolved
I upgraded to the latest version 10.2.5364.
 
Now when I forward a ticket with an attachment, the recipient does not receive the attachment.

Thanks for bringing this issue to our attention. We have corrected the ability to forward attachments in emails with the current build of SmarterTrack Version 10.3.5410x.  Please go to our website for the current build of SmarterTrack.
