Smarter Tracker Migration at new premise and use of same License on shared base till migration completed

Hello,
I am having 25 user licences installed at my premises..Current version of Smarter Tracker is 10.5. Due to unavoidable situation I have to migrate my current setup to new premises and on new Hardware. My DB is bit bulky (around 50 GB) and in recent past i faced lots of issue with it... I would like to use fresh database at new premises, but in that case i would lost my current emails so till the time I migrate completely on new System I wont both system work simultaneously where all past dues and followups are taken care on old system and new mails sent from newly installed system. Is id possible for me to divide  25 users in 2 different system with Current License I have and use it the way i want? any guess ??.

I think this is allowed multiple activation, as we have done migration twice in past years. 
Also on their portal following is listed..
....
SmarterTools products may need to be reactivated if they are moved to another server, upgraded from a previous version, or assigned to a different database. As a fraud protection measure, Smartertools customers are allowed two reactivations per product by default. In addition, the same license key may be activated on two servers within a 30-day period without triggering SmarterTools' fraud protection alerts.

Thanks for reaching out! Tahir is correct that we do allow a license to be installed on multiple servers for up to 30 days. If your migration extends that period, you can reach out to our sales team to see what other options are available. You may be able to get a 30 day trial license that would allow you to continue your migration.
