Ticket signatures not being removed from the editor when the ticket was marked as incoming.

You have this issue flagged a fixed in Version 10.2.5374 (2014-09-19) yet we are still experiencing this issue in Version 10.4.
Is there a setting we need to change to disable this?

Hello Ryan,
You are correct, it looks like the signature is getting removed from the Editor but not when its actually sent. This has been fixed and will be in the next version update.
