Buttons in top right corner are grey

We have a user who is finding that the buttons while in the portal are greyed out. I have been unable to replicate this and i do not see where the admins have access to correct this.  Has anyone else experienced this type of issue?

Have the user tried a different browser or computer?  If so is it still greyed out for them?

The user switched to Firefox from IE (unknown version) and this resolved the issue. Another user using IE11 is unable to replicate this issue.

Hi Shannon,
 
This is defiantly an issue that is localized to their IE browser  I would recommend that the end users to clear out there caches to see if that resolve there issue for IE.
