Permission canned replies

Hello everybody,


we have many users in our system and every user can create, modify and delete the canned replies.

We are searching for a solution, that a few users can create and modify them, a few can delete them too and every user can use them in ticketanswers.

Is it possible to do it like this? The Support told me to submit it here.

The canned replies do not currently have role permissions that can be assigned to them. You'll see that another community thread has been started for this feature request here: http://portal.smartertools.com/community/a1411/canned-replies.aspx. If this is something you wish to see implemented I'd vote this thread up in order to gain visibility with our developers.
