Reports no longer work

SmarterMail 11.7
Any idea what would cause reports to stop working. It is now asking for a windows password in a pop up and no matter what credentials are entered it bounces back.
We have had a bulk mail complaint from google and when we went to investigate  this report issue came up.

Hi Ted,
You probably have SQL reporting enabled on the same server as SmarterMail and it will intercept the URL request.  To fix this follow the knowledge base article below:
