It would be nice to have the calendar able to pop out and exist in a separate window.

So Instead of viewing email, then click calendar and completely change the view, then go back to look at the email, then back to calendar....  Just pop out the calendar into a completely separate window so that we can keep it open all of the time (like on a separate screen - think multi monitors).  For some of our clients that set up multiple agency wide calendars for scheduling all of the facility events and appointments, it is a major hassle to constantly be back and forth to get the next email and then over to calendar to schedule something, then back to email.
