I have noticed in recent weeks that when creating or responding to an email, if I push the "enter" or "return" keyboard key, that the cursor, rather than moving down to the next line, jumps back to the very beginning of the email. I have scoured the preferences both in Smarter Mail and on my MacBook Pro and cannot find anything that affects it. It a very frustrating problem. 

 

Can anyone help?
