POP accounts in departments

Not A Problem
When i create a department and i set up the pop account , if i need to disable it and assigned the same pop account to a new department i am not allowed.

SmarterTrack will not allow the same POP settings for more than one department.  You would need to remove the POP setting not disable the POP tab.  The reason for this is to prevent the POP setting from being enabled and then two department trying to access the same email account.

Version 11, which enters beta VERY soon, separates out POP into it's own tab on the email settings page.  It will be very easy to change where POP imports to and add or remove accounts.
