Filter by Attachment

Recently my domain has been bombarded with emails that contain a specific ".SCR" attachment that is zipped. How do I filter by this to block/delete these emails? I do not want to block all emails that have ZIP attachments, just those that have an attachment that is a single zipped SCR file.

You can set up a Domain Content Filtering rule for that specific file extension. You can then decide what you want done: delete the email, move it to a folder, bounce the message, etc.

Settings -> Domain Settings -> Filtering -> Content Filtering

I hope that helps.

When will this be available at the admin level? We need to block zip file extensions for the entire server.

At the server level would be great. Also, filtering defaults is no where to be found under Domain Defaults. You have to create the domain and then add a filter when "Managing Domain"

Ditto on the system level filter. Would like to be able to add spam weight based on certain attachment file types.
