421 server is busy in smartermail

No incoming mail are receiving. Server rescource utilization is normal. While trying to connect 25 or any port using telnet it says 421 server is busy

Hello, 

First thing is to verify that SmarterMail still has control over the port. On the server (Windows in this case), use tasklist and netstat to verify the service 
- tasklist | findstr -i mail 
- netstat -anto | findstr -i <mail_service_pid>

If SmarterMail is the only service using the port, what does a local telnet show you? 
- telnet localhost 25 

In SmarterMail, you can review the logs (Administrative, Error, SMTP ) for any issues.

HI tony,
all email service port are in connection timed out state while doing netstat. Also while trying to telent from server itself same error.
While checking the smtp log it says proxy is not configured. Someone of my team enable to proxy under Whitelist tab.
After disable now it works
