Hello,
The Return Visits report is a visitor-frequency distribution report. It shows how many unique visitors returned a specific number of times — not a list of individual users/IPs.
You cannot directly see "which users" from this report. To see individual visitors' IP addresses and their activity, you use the Top IPs report instead.
Return Visits = The number of visits (sessions) an IP had in the date range
Visitors = How many unique IPs had exactly that many visits
- Return Visits = 1, Visitors = 850 → 850 IPs visited exactly once (first-time / single-visit users).
- Return Visits = 5, Visitors = 42 → 42 IPs visited exactly 5 times.
- Return Visits = 50, Visitors = 3 → 3 IPs visited 50 times (frequent return visitors).
The Return Visits report does not list IP addresses or usernames. To identify the actual users behind the numbers, use the Top IPs report instead.
Under the same Visitors section in the left navigation tree, immediately above "Return Visits" is the IP Addresses (Top IPs) report.

Here is where you can find the details of who returned to the site most often.
Hope this helps.
