You must choose wisely.

Updated and no issues.

With build 9543 we had quite a lot of people with Outlook (IMAP) having sync issues. The issue seems to match the non-ascii folder names announced in 9546 changelog.

Let's see if this is resolved in 9546 that I installed today. We'll probably have feedback this weekend and next week.

Anyone notice any issues with 9546 so far?
Tan Replied
So far no issues because 9543 we notice some client having issues and after installing 9546 the complain stop

I still am having the issues with being intermittently logged out of Smartermail.

Logged out of the web interface? Any trouble with IMAP or Outlook?

Just the web interface. IMAP and EWS seem fine. It used to happen after a few minutes, now it at least lasted a few hours, open.

To be clear, the webmail logot problem has been around for awhile, not new to this build, and for me it has been limited to specific users.  This build was supposed to fix it, but perhaps there has been more than one cause.

We've had weird behavior with the web interface going back even to our old versions we had installed.

One issue is the sidebar randomly collapsing and having to fight to keep it to stay open between page refreshes. Another was timeout during impersonation without warning. We've never been logged out randomly from the primary logged in user.

Sometime last week, in several browsers we test with, we deleted the items that the webmail stores in the browser's "local storage" and reset the cookies the site had stored. Since then, the behavior has seemed to stabilize against the sidebar disappearing at least. I don't know if there was old stale data in there from past versions that never got cleaned up - but we'll see with more testing.
