Email Contact Groups

Hi All

From a client - I am attempting to create a distribution list/Contact Group in SmarterMail. So far, I have run into nothing but trouble. I would like to be able to select all of the contacts I want to add and simply click on something or drag them into the new Contact Group.

There is a selection mode in SmarterMail, so it seems like some of the coding is already in place, after selecting your contacts you could have an options to "Create Email Group"

Thanks. Not a bad suggestion. As it's currently not available functionality, I've changed this to an Idea, and I've added it as a Feature Request for the developers to review. You can select contacts adn email them (if they have valid email addresses), export vCards, etc. so selecting multiple contacts and creating a new Contact Group out of them makes sense.

Hi Derek

Another addition to this Idea: In contacts when you select all and "Send Email" there is no way to move the selected contact from the To field to the CC or BCC field. After the email is created the contact boxes can't be copy and pasted in the BCC field.
