Every organization and place consists of different groups with different accesses, and to assign emails to each of them, specific accesses are required for each group. For example, in my university, I want to be able to create several groups and assign each user to these groups so that each group works with its own specific settings. For example, the professors group can send a maximum of 100 emails per day and their mailbox size is 500 MB and other settings. Users who are part of the student group can send a maximum of 50 emails per day and their mailbox size is 200 MB with other accesses that can be assigned to each group.This grouping is available in most email servers.
