Menu Items That Can Be Inserted and/or Customized

Serious desire of being able to change the SM interface.. to have a couple of custom links inside the SM webmail - to link off to our own processes - would be fabulous.
To be clear.. would like to have a link that one could turn on that would link off to numerous of our SaS functions..

Thanks, I think it's a good idea and I'd be interested to know where these links would be placed. I think it would be helpful to have them at the top next to the user avatar, for example. It would be great if you could specify the title and link to the destination yourself.

I really would like it at the top.. maybe it could replace the news feed or something like that.
