Issue creating email account using specific username in Build 9168

I've just tried to create a new mailbox in SM (Build: 9168) using property.master as a username and the SM serves an exception giving two simultaneous error messages:

1. An error has occurred. Please try again later. If the problem continues, please check your internet connection or contact your system administrator for assistance.
2. The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.

Despite the errors, it seems to create the new email account as it appears in the list, but when I click on it to view the account settings, it loads a blank account settings page.

We have several SM installs and I have tried the same on a different install running the same version of SM: 9168 and it does exactly the same thing.

I have spent some time testing the username and it appear whenever .master (dot master) bit is used in the email username, it just goes haywire. It works as expected if I create propertymaster or property.mast for example.

Not sure if it is a bug or some sort of a hardcoded restriction/block.

I just wanted to update you that we were able to find a resolution for this and we should have a fix in the next public release!
