It would be nice if members of the user group could also be members of the alias. User group membership can be configured from user settings which is more convenient and error free then manually adding new members to alias.

Meanwhile here is a script that takes a list of members of a specific user group and adds it to an existing alias. Crontab it and forget manually updating alias.

For the script I did new system administrator at SM with allow impersonation and IP restriction to ::ffff:127.0.0.1 settings to restrict access only from localhost.
