Diagnostic - failures appearing

I don't recall seeing these in the past, and I don't find anything about them here in the community...

If I run the online diagnostic (on version 8451)... all looks good until it gets to the bottom of the screen and is now showing 2 failures:

Failure: Activation ECHO A0 Notes: Communicated, but got bad result: "Echo Test"

Failure: Activation ECHO A1 Notes: Communicated, but got bad result: "Echo Test"

I would interpret those as "call home" communications of some sort that are failing, but I can't find anything to confirm that. Any thoughts?

Have you tried again since, in case it as just a temporary issue?

I'm on 8979 and it comes back OK for both Echo's.

Can't see notes of 8451 to see what changed, TLS, something else maybe..

Yes, it is still failing.
