Share with users in Global Address List only

Proposed
When sharing a calendar, contact, task, note, it will pull all users within the accounts.json file. 

Requesting to have it pull users from the Global Address List instead. Users who opt out of the Global Address List wants to be invisible to others. 

So if some shares an item to all users, it will show up on the excluded user's space.
