As we put more and more of our infrastructure behind service like CloudFlare, the more our log information is tainted with incorrect information such CloudFlare Proxy IPs being recorded into our client access/tickets/chat logs.

We have other tools we use where we have been able to extrapolate from CloudFlare the actual IP address of the person visiting/using our sites.

Does SmarterTools already have settings in place within SmarterTrack where we can setup so that the proper client IP is extrapolate and recorded?
