This is a continuation of the thread in which I asked which version of smartermail is considered the most stable and based on feedback received within that thread I opted for 8930.

Fresh install of Smartermail on a new OS (Win 22) and we've already run into issues with iPhone users who's mailboxes just simply stop syncing.

The mail app shows no errors, but the users mailbox simply doesn't update on the phone, when using IMAP. Webmail shows new mail has arrived but nothing on the phone 

This seems to only affect users with large mailboxes and has been an ongoing issue with previous versions.

My request to the community is if you could kindly share screenshots of your config of smartermail for the following pages (feel free to redact sensitive info)

Settings > General
Settings > Protocols

It sounds like your problem may be related to the issues described in this thread:

If that is the case, then this is likely an issue with changes to iOS 18 related to IMAP. The linked thread has some suggestions that may help resolve the issue for you.
