Hi Brian,

If you do not let it lapse it is 50% off the pricing posted, if it has lapsed and you need to do a Reinstatement it is 80% of the new product price.

Also you can log into your account on SmarterTools website and click on licenses, then click on the license you want to renew and click Renew for an exact price.

Cannot not renew maintenance and support and keep EAS/MAPI at the same time.

If I want to keep using MAPI/EAS then I have to have maintenance and support.....

I renewed in november. Price increase for renewal 43,6 % against last year. i think that is really much. So we are thinking about a change of software. Much higher cost and a lot of bugs every new version.
One thing is really great: Best support team!

I've seen software prices increase every year like clockwork, doesn't matter the vendors. some vendors are small, few % here and there, others, LARGE, like 1000's of % over a few years.

Given that SM recently introduced the Linux version, with all the overhead, development, support and such that goes with it, i'm not overly concerned about a 43% increase... BUT, the bugs do make it hard to swallow. I'm hopeful that we are slowly getting to a stable version (currently thinking of pulling the trigger for 9088 from 9056 just waiting a few more days for feedback in the community.)

Thanks for this--I renewed with them today instead of direct and it was 10% cheaper.
