Email Filtering : 'Move To' mailbox list is not in hierarchy order
Problem reported by Curtis Kropar www.HawaiianHope.org - 9/29/2024 at 7:36 PM

HI. This is build 9014. I went to create a new email filter today and when the "Move To" list came up, it was an alphabetical list of all email folders. not in hierarchy order, but in numeric alpha order. AS an example, In a number of sub folders i have a "done" folder to signify when something has been completed. All of the "done" sub - sub folders are all showing at the same level. cant tell which is which.

Not supposed to be fixed in latest build ?

Build 9042 (Oct 3, 2024)

  • Fixed: Content filtering Move-To doesn't appropriately show folder hierarchy.

Hello,

This has been resolved and now shows an indented hierarchy

Tony, Does this fix it in all locations ?
I just notice in creating a NEW folder under the inbox, it does the same thing. All folders are in straight alpha order, not hierarchy.

Curtis, it should have but I do see that it does not when creating a new folder in general. I will escalate this to our Development team for further review.

Thank you for the feedback!
