Ticket queue visibility

Hi,

there is the possibility to grant view to a ticket queue to all managers with some exceptions?

Hi, Emanuele

Each department has a setting that will allow managers to view tickets that are sent to that department. When you edit the department, it's a checkbox at the bottom of the Options tab:
It's that SECOND one: "Allow managers outside of this Department to view its contents"

This is a departmental setting, so it can be enabled for some departments and not others.

Hi Derek,

thank you for the explanation but I see that there is no possibility to filter managers and this was my concern.

We need to give the view of some departments only to few managers, there is a way to do it?

I'm sorry, there's not a way, at this time, to give managers access to departments, just departments to managers. It's an interesting idea, however.

Hi Kurtis,

yes, I think it should be considered in the future releases.

Because to manage the view right now we have to put managers inside the queues as operators.. and this is not the correct way.
