Default font size for KB articles as well as screen shots

Is there a way to set a default font to be used when someone creates a KB article?  We have noticed that there will be multiple font formats based on copy and paste or after inserting pictures. Can you just do a copy and paste for pictures into the articles? We have found that at times the images disappear after the article has been saved. Is there a specific best practice to be used?
Thank you,

Hello, Currently this is not possible. I tend to use the keyboard short cut to paste without formatting. Cmd+Shift+V on mac and  Ctrl+Shift+V  for Windows

I hope at some point there is a way to do this. It would make documentation writing a whole lot easier. Maybe I will try the copy and paste method again within the KB articles to see if I do find any of the images showing up missing at a later date.  Thank you!
