Smartermail IMAP/POP retrieval Authentication with Remote Server failed

Hello,

There is an issue after the update from windows version 8451 to 8965 and subsequently to 8972 to see if it resolves the problem that still remains.

The issue is that pop3 retrieval tasks from Smartermail users in our server that retrieve messages from an external pop3 server (Zoho) stopped working when updating to version 8965.

A connection with Microsoft mail can be made successfully to the accounts of the users on external pop3 Zoho server.

We tried to delete and recreate the retrieval task but we get the same error "Authentication with IMAP/POP Server failed" when trying to use both protocols.

Please note that our Smartermail users can connect with the same pop3 credentials successfully with smtp to the accounts in Zoho server.

Retrieval connection is through SSL 

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
