Can I have both Brian and Sébastien submit tickets including:
- Affected usernames
- Suspected problematic folder names (in the case of IMAP sync issues)
- Client types and versions
- Which language the user's client OS is native to
- Sync protocols in use
I set up some testing this morning on accented folder names and dual accounts in Outlook MAPI but saw no sync troubles, exceptions, or logging that would hint at problems so I am thinking these issues you're seeing are account-specific.
