I am not able to login through the domain

i have tried for so long and looked for videos to find how i can log in using an email through the web using the domain mail.velen.com

Hello, 

Can you verify that this is set up correctly in IIS? If it is and the IPs below are correct it should be resolving. 

mail.velen.com.        21600    IN    CNAME    mailcluster.loopia.se.
mailcluster.loopia.se.    300    IN    A    93.188.3.12
mailcluster.loopia.se.    300    IN    A    93.188.3.13
mailcluster.loopia.se.    300    IN    A    93.188.3.11
mailcluster.loopia.se.    300    IN    A    93.188.3.14

If IIS is set up correctly you can check your firewall to see if the connection is being intercepted.

Khaled, Is this your first time setting up Smarter Mail, or do you have other domains that are working ?
Are you running Smartermail on a Windows server or Linux ?
If you are running SmarterMail on a windows server, you have to go into IIS (Internet Information Services Manager) and set the "Bindings". as it is not automatically set up when you create a domain.  If you dont know how to do this let us know
