Ticket transfer events are not displaying any information

We are experiencing an issue where there was a ticket transfer event created but the email that is sent does not populate with the email body items.  Please see below:

Hi Shannon, sorry to hear you're having trouble with this. We escalated a similar issue to development recently, and should have a fix coming in the next release. Please keep an eye out for that and feel free to respond here or submit a ticket if you see these issues post-upgrade to the next release.
