Minor IDS additions for webmail UI

Proposing addition of context menu item of "Copy IP Address to Clipboard" in page interface/root#/sysadmin/ids-blocks.

(reaching further but would be very grateful just for the right-click -> copy to clipboard) is this:

Addition of a configuration setting of a URL (incl. possibly with API or login token) that could be {0} replaced with the IP available on the context menu to open IP in 3rd party lookup site.
