Domain emails ending in Junk Folder

Client has a hosted website and a form that takes info and emails it their email addresses. Both are on the same domain. The problem is that the emails are ending up in the junk folder in outlook. Added to safe senders list. any help would be appreciated. Thank you

Try adding the IP address of the website to your whitelist. Then it will bypass the spam filters.

So the sending server is a webserver and I think it is an unauthenticated Mail. The customer has to add the serverip to the SPF TXT-Record with ip4:xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx

The client uses mail1.wpengine.com & mailchannels.net to send the emails, They use different server and IPs so I entered these two domains in to Whitelist and we will see if it works.
