Block SMTP access for e-mail clients

Hi,

Is it possible to configure a user to only be able to send e-mails using Webmail?

I can remove access to POP and IMAP, but I wanted to remove the possibility of a user being able to send e-mails using e-mail clients.

Is that possible?
