Hanging Problem

Hi I noticed some issues on the webmail interface and Firefox. I did not test on Edge or Chrome.
Same issues on 2 different PC's and other networks and providers
I use PC's under WIN11 + Firefox 116.0.3 (64 bits)
Server :
Smartermail Version 8629
Windows Server 2019 
2 CPU vCore       
4 GB RAM  

On client side, I see for example when I add an attachment by drag/drop that the progressbar hangs and only after pushing SEND and a page refresh I can see that the email is send with the attachment.
Very often the whole webmail is not responding and even after REFRESH only the top MENU is visible, all rest is gone. Need to close the page reopen a page (re-login) ...
Often I get very slow handelings (type in/write mails for example) typo is slow or not really responding in time.
And a very "old" stuff is that new SPAMs the number of emails in SPAM folder are not highlighted  in the LEFT Menu, INBOX and a created Folder works correctly.
The slowness & Hanging appear (for me) after version 8580, but I'm not sure where to focus attention. Maybe it's only firefox (client side) , or my windows VPS has no more the needed requirements (performance), or it's somewhere an other issue ....

Your server is a little short in RAM...

Same here and not a server issue.

Press CTRL+F5 resolves the issue and makes the page responsive again.

I cannot reproduce this issue on Firefox.  As Brian mentioned, have you cleared the cache in Firefox?  Then does slowness come back again?

After making a refresh (CTRL+F5) only the top menu stay visible rest of frames are blank.
Only closing the page and reopen solves the visual issue. I'm not really sure it's on client-side as the same happens on 2 locations and with 2 different PC's. I thought it was due on a test SQL Server that I installed on same VPS, but even after de-install it and restart the VPS nothing changed. On the VPS there is nothing else which should consume performance.

Restart IIS and see if that solves your issue. Make sure the browser is up to date.

IIS is restarted, same results, I have also restarted already the whole VPS server
Then I am out of ideas.

Hi there, 

I suggest checking for any errors in the console or pending network actions in the network tab by opening the inspect element menu. Additionally, try disabling or uninstalling any extensions you have. If the issue persists after disabling extensions or if you notice any problems in the network/console tabs, don't hesitate to reach out to support by opening a ticket.

So here for the "visual" the error in images, I was in an other folder of the inbox, and navigated back
As seen on image, the INBOX on right side is no more showing items
Then after page refresh (even with CTRL F5) only the top Menu is shown, rest is blank, to get all again I need to close the page, reopen a new connection in webmail
Other thing is as mentionned In the SPAM folder I have 5 items in the folder and no indication that they are in, this appears only after a refresh
