I did recently escalate and verify the fix for a similar issue involving disk space statistics not displaying for a particular user, so you might try doing an upgrade once our next release is made available to see if these fixes help there too. If that doesn't help though it might point to there being some underlying problem with the domain's statistics files and in that case I recommend we get a ticket started so one of our techs can help dig into this further.
