I did recently escalate and verify the fix for a similar issue involving disk space statistics not displaying for a particular user, so you might try doing an upgrade once our next release is made available to see if these fixes help there too. If that doesn't help though it might point to there being some underlying problem with the domain's statistics files and in that case I recommend we get a ticket started so one of our techs can help dig into this further. This problem does not appear to have been resolved with the 8657

I already opened a ticket over a year ago and reported that the statistics are completely wrong. It was closed with the reason that it was fixed in the then new version, which is not the case. Now I have made a new ticket for it.
