Virus Quarantine - needs Refresh after Resend

When managing the messages in Virus Quarantine, you select messages and do an operation by clicking the Action [...] button.

  • If you select a few messages and pick Delete, the screen refreshes and the messages are gone.
  • But if you select 5 messages and pick Resend, the messages are still there and still checked. So if you select 3 more messages and do a Resend, it asks if you want to do this action for 8 messages which is confusing.
Suggest doing a Refresh after Resend (like the Delete action does) so the user doesn't have to do it manually.

***UPDATE***
Wait, I was using an older build when I posted this. Just tried the [July-6] build and it does a Refresh after Resend. Nice work, SmarterTools!

Hi Kevin! I wasn't able to replicate this on an older build or two I tried as well as the current public release, so I suspect this might have been something happening between the server and your browser, perhaps in the SignalR components we use to update the web interface. 

If you see this again in the future can I have you try flushing your browser cache before logging on again to try it one more time? If that doesn't help please don't hesitate to submit a ticket with us so we can help get to the bottom of it.

Kyle, thanks for reply.

No issues with my browser. I was using the (Feb-20, 2023) build when it didn't do the refresh. But using the (Jul 6, 2023) build, it does a refresh as I suggested. So your team already made this enhancement sometime this year! You can mark this as completed.
