"Remember Me" is even more forgetful than I am.

Since I upgraded to the "new" SmarterMail, I have been getting logged out at least daily if not more often. With the prior version, I never got involuntarily logged out at all. This is across multiple browsers, multiple computers and two SmarterMail servers.

We have customers that periodically experience this. Make sure your server's and PC's time are both in sync, https://portal.smartertools.com/kb/a3539/random-or-semi-regular-webmail-logouts.aspx?KBSearchID=901348.

Thanks, but they are in sync. As I said, this is across multiple browsers, multiple computers and two SmarterMail servers. It has never been an issue in the past, it's new with the new version.
