Autoresponder is not responding to free email used for testing.

I am using my personal account to perform external testing on a new queue in SmarterTrack. Internal email works fine but when I send an email from my yahoo account to the new queue I do not get an auto response.  There is no activity in the smtp.log in those cases, whereas there is smtp.log activity for the internal autoresponse.  

Do yo have any tips or tricks that I can look investigate.  Currently running 
SmarterTrack Enterprise
Version 14.1.6885.28379

Hello Dwayne! Is it possible you have this email address listed in Settings>Email>Options>Automated Email Blacklist?

I removed the yahoo.com domain from the email blacklist. Do I need to restart the SmarterTrack server or SMTP service?

I don't believe so but in older versions it might be a good idea just to be safe. I hope that helps!

To be clear is it the SMTP service, the APP Pool, or the website that should be restarted after a domain is removed from the email blacklist?

As I noted earlier I'm not certain this is even required, but it would be the app pool/site in IIS. SmarterTrack doesn't have a backend service, so it runs entirely in the IIS components, calling to the underlying .NET environment as needed.
